I’ve gotten a bit lazy and let “being on vacation” serve as an excuse for eating poorly. I’m starting to feel the effects on my body, and I am now back into the swing of things. With that, I’ll get back on track with my eating.

I just got a $5.03 tub of berries and mangoes from whole foods for breakfast and threw out my chocolate muffin. I realize that eating heathy cab really take a tole on my bank account, but in the back of my head I know my body is worth it.
